On Sunday, January 15th, Yeti Airlines flight 691 crashed in Pokhara, Nepal. The domestic flight from Kathmandu Tribhuvan International Airport to Pokhara International Airport was being operated on an ATR 72-500 registered 9N-ANC. The aircraft crashed into the Seti River gorge about a mile from its destination. This fatal accident has become Nepal’s worst aviation disaster in 30 years. Tragically, all 68 passengers and 4 crew members onboard have perished.
